Some days you just get lucky! Karel and I went for a drive one Saturday to get some food in Taipei. We came across this dragon dance. It was the weekend after the city elections and a politican in this area had won. He celebrated by having a street party. We were received a warm welcome from the locals.  The dancers were amazing! There was even a young boy learning the dance. He was very talented! There were firecrackers going off all around us and lots of beetlenut being chewed. Finally, it was time to go. We were very grateful to see this celebration.
